Controls from the first line of code.

Security, compliance and governance are part of the product — not a layer added later.

Regulatory status

Everon Payment Systems Ltd is applying to the Bank of Ghana for a Payment Service Provider (Enhanced) licence under the Payment Systems and Services Act, 2019 (Act 987), and to the National Communications Authority for Value Added Services authorisation.

Payment services will commence only when the licence is granted. All product descriptions on this site reflect the platform in development.

Security approach

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and audit trails on all sensitive operations
  • Maker-checker approval on every payout and settlement instruction
  • Partner and customer funds held apart in designated settlement accounts
  • Daily proof that the ledger matches bank and network balances

Data protection

We collect only the data needed to provide our services. Access controls, retention policies and privacy governance are applied across the platform.

Business continuity

The platform runs on cloud infrastructure with a recovery site. Monitoring, retries, controlled failure handling and observability are platform principles.
